Acceptance
By using this website, contacting Zhilgo regarding a project, or submitting a project requirement, you agree to these Terms and to Zhilgo's Privacy Policy.
Nature of Zhilgo
Team Zhilgo helps coordinate digital, creative, business, media, research and custom project requirements. Different projects may require different skills, tools, resources, professionals or service providers. Zhilgo may coordinate appropriate resources based on the project requirement. Not every service is necessarily performed personally by one individual — Zhilgo's role is to understand the requirement and coordinate the right execution setup for it.
Project Scope
Project scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, dependencies and commercial terms may be separately agreed before execution begins. Information on this website alone does not constitute a final quotation or a binding project commitment.
Quotations / Order Confirmation
Where applicable, project pricing, scope and payment terms will be communicated separately through a quotation, order confirmation or other written communication.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate requirements
- Providing necessary information/materials
- Having the rights/permissions for any content they provide
- Giving timely feedback and approvals
- Reviewing deliverables
- Making agreed payments
- Complying with applicable laws for their own business, content or project
Revisions / Scope Changes
Work outside the agreed scope may require revised timelines, pricing or separate approval.
Third-Party Tools and Services
Some projects may use third-party tools, platforms, software, hosting providers, AI tools, social platforms, contractors, professionals or other resources. The availability and performance of third-party services may be outside Zhilgo's direct control.
Intellectual Property
Project-specific ownership and licensing should be governed by the agreed project scope, quotation/order confirmation or a written agreement. Customers retain responsibility for ensuring they have the rights to any materials they provide.
No Guaranteed Results
Zhilgo does not guarantee sales, followers, revenue, rankings, business growth, viral reach, platform approval, or other outcomes that depend on third parties or market conditions. Zhilgo will provide or coordinate the agreed work, but business outcomes cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Limitation / Dependencies
Timelines may depend on customer approvals, third-party platforms, required information, external resources and other project dependencies.
Prohibited Projects
Zhilgo may refuse or discontinue projects involving unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, abuse, or activity inconsistent with applicable laws or platform requirements.
Communication
Project communication may occur through Instagram, email, or other mutually agreed channels.
Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
